Craftbeauty factory has been created and developed since 2003. Our product range is various from handbags, accessories, clothes, scarf, to bedding, cushions, which beautifully crafted from intricately handmade fabrics from Vietnam: Ha Dong silk, taffeta, raw silk, fine silk or combined with velvet, brocade.

We want to inspire the harmony of life to the items by diversifying material, colors, designs as well as decoration with hand-embroidery, mother-of-pearl, or sequins and beads.

Being a Fair Trade Federation member, our mission is to produce and sell Vietnamese handicraft products that are made under fair trade conditions. We aim to expand our customer base so that we can in turn expand our workshop capacity, which helps to provide more secure and decent employment opportunities to the disadvantaged women. We provide life changing training in tailoring skills and bring smiles to the two extremely marginalized groups in society.

Farmers who have no tailoring skills, earn low and inconsistent income when they first come to work with us are trained to be skillful tailors. With chance of work, they can earn a good income which allow their families have a good standard of living and also send their children to school.

We support and train the disabled women to enable them to earn decent living, gain self-confident and retain their dignity.

Besides livelihood, the artisans are always provided chance for development. We educate them on product quality and also on fair trade principles. Any artisan who works well has a chance to be appointed to the master of the group and trained to develop designs. Our manager and technician were workers before we appointed. They have become skilled , experienced, creative and reputable to the artisans now.

We organise weekly meetings where the artisans can share their ideas as well as suggestions on working conditions, productivity improvement, development and pay.

We provide a clean, healthy and safe working environment for our staff.

In addition, we provide jobs to hundreds of artisans from embroidery traditional craft village, MOP village, fabric village, help them to preserve their craft and especially give training in design input, quality control, order management and adapt to market changes.
